When we meet people for the first time, it's easy to judge them based on how they look, how they are dressed, how they talk, etc. We then have a choice in our judgement. It can either be positive or negative.
This week I learnt that I can determine on doing something different than judging people I come across. I can ask myself,
"What can I learn from this person or what good do I have that I can teach or give to this person?"
In having this kind of attitude, it means that I see people from God's perspective. I can choose to see that our paths are crossing for a reason. They're either meant to be a blessing to me or, I'm meant to be a blessing to them.
So I encourage you, the next time you meet someone, instead of judging them, ask yourself,
"Is this person meant to bless me or I'm I meant to bless them?"
Whichever the answer to that question is, it will put you in a position where you will learn to treasure others instead of judging them.
Until next time,
Stay Blessed!
Moses
